• Mentor up to four John Curtin Leadership Academy participants a year 
• Mentor  former Rotaractors/JCLA participants to become Rotarians.
• Engage Rotaract to participate in a “Million Smiles A Day” campaign.
• Involve Rotaract in an environmental sustainability project

 The Rotary Club of Perth has formal links with several schools in the metropolitan area and through these links, sources participation by secondary school students in key Rotary programs such as:

• Rotary Youth Exchange programs and selection of Outbound students
• Rotary Youth Driving Awareness
• Rotary Youth Program of Enrichment
• The 4-Way Test Speaking Competition
• Siemens Science Competition
• National Youth Science Forum

The Club continues to support teachers through the sponsorship of the Music Teachers Recital Competition Award for Pastoral Care, and this year will support the Schools Magnifying Microscope Project, an initiative of the Rotary Club of Freshwater Bay in primary schools.
