Fellowship Committee

The object of this Committee is to promote acquaintance and friendship among the members, promote participation by members in organized Rotary recreational and social activities, and do such work in pursuance of the general object of the Club as may be assigned by the President or the Board.

The Fellowship Committee is also responsible for all administrative and logistical aspects of Club Meetings, once the President has determined the overall program, including:

• Setting out the Names Badges
• Welcoming Members
• Accepting payment and recording those present
• Recording visiting Rotarians and their guests
• Issuing Make-Up cards
• Recording guests of Members.
