In August 2022, parts of Pakistan received almost 3 times their national average rainfall. Over 33 million people affected (15% of population)  with almost 1,500 killed.

Our Priorities:
  • To help people survive.
  • To prevent the spread of disease.
  • Deliver HOPE. The fire of resilience is powered by HOPE.
Your donation can help make a difference in saving lives and giving the survivors a chance to rebuild.

Homes, crops, live-stock were washed away. It is estimated 800,000 cattle, a key source of income for many, have been lost. Feed for remaining livestock are also running low.  Roughly 70% of the onion harvest, along with rice and corn, has been destroyed, according to Pakistan's climate minister, Sherry Rehman. So more pain can be expected.

Shelterbox staff and volunteers are already on-site. The first of the Shelter Boxes have been delivered.  We need to maintain the supply of Shelter Boxes as the situation progresses. You can help make a difference in saving lifes and giving the survivors a chance to rebuild.
