With less than 4 weeks till the big night – all stops are being pulled out to make this event bigger and better than ever. Steeltoes & Stilettos mission is to bring the risk of asbestos to the BIG STAGE when tradies are dobbed in and sponsored to walk the catwalk with a model. Funds raised will support the work of Reflections to reduce the impact of asbestos on the community.
Company involvement – anyone with connections to the building and construction industry interested in brand alignment with the event and, thereby, the message of asbestos safety, are welcome onboard. For $2K they would be entitled to:
- Company logo in digital medium at the event
- Company logo with link on dedicated ‘Sponsors’ page on event promotion website
- Acknowledgment as Community Sponsor across social media channels leading up to, during and after the event
- Certificate of recognition signed by Reflections and Master Builders Association of WA
Primary focus now is tradie engagement. Tradies can be dobbed in and encouraged to register into their trade runway (electrical, plumbing, masonry, finishes, carpentry). They create a profile to share with their community and start fundraising. Top 10 fundraisers in each runway get to strut their stuff with a model and win a pair of Steel Blue boots valued at $250. They are also in the running for other great prizes and the chance to be this year’s ‘Model Tradie of the Year’.
Donation of product (prizes) would also be most welcome.
